Why do I need this medicine?
Anthraquinone glycosides and Salicylic acid are combined in this medicine.

This medicine is used to relieve pain associated with recurrent mouth ulcers and denture irritation.
How do I use this medicine?
Use Anthraquinone glycosides + Salicylic acid exactly as directed by your doctor or according to the instructions on the label. Do not use more or less than instructed by your doctor.

Apply generously to ulcer or irritated denture area (after dentures have been removed) using the brush provided.

Avoid rinsing your mouth or eating for 15 minutes after using this medicine.

Do not apply to dentures and allow at least 30 minutes after application before re-inserting dentures.

Do not use this medicine for more than 7 days. Seek your doctor’s advice if you do not notice any improvement with your symptoms.
What should I do if I have forgotten to use this medicine?
Apply the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and return to your normal dosing schedule.

DO NOT double a dose under any circumstances.
When should I not use this medicine?
Do not give Anthraquinone glycosides + Salicylic acid to children or adolescents below 16 years old unless instructed to do so by the doctor.
What should I take note of while using this medicine?
Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Be sure to check with your doctor or pharmacist before giving Anthraquinone glycosides + Salicylic acid to an adolescent aged ≥16 years. Adolescents may be more sensitive to the side effects. Avoid frequent application.
What side effects could I experience?
Anthraquinone glycosides + Salicylic acid may cause teeth discolouration and short-term burning sensation at the application site.

If you develop rashes, hives or skin itchiness, stop using this medicine and inform your doctor immediately. These could be signs of an allergic reaction.

Inform your doctor if any of these side effects do not go away or are severe, or if you experience other side effects.
Can I use this with other medicines?
Always notify your doctor and pharmacist if you are taking any other medicines, including herbal tonics such as traditional Chinese medicines, supplements and medicines that you buy without a prescription.
What special dietary instructions should I follow?
Avoid alcohol.
How should I store this medicine?
Store in a cool, dry place away from the reach of children.

Medicines must not be used past the expiry date.
